Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between women and men from a contemporary feminist perspective and to analyse its applicability in a contemporary social context. The method used is a qualitative study that includes a study of the opinions of contemporary feminists and a social analysis of gender-related issues. The results show that contemporary feminism emphasises the importance of structural justice, recognition of diverse gender identities, and the dismantling of patriarchal stereotypes that hinder equality. The concept of equality in contemporary feminism is not only viewed as equal rights but also as a balance of roles in various aspects of life. This study also reveals that contemporary feminism seeks to expand the definition of equality by considering the broader social, cultural, and political contexts. Furthermore, this approach highlights the importance of recognising individual differences and diverse gender experiences, while accommodating the ongoing social changes. The study concludes that the application of contemporary feminist values can strengthen gender justice more inclusively and contextually, providing space for the redefinition of gender roles in society. Thus, contemporary feminism plays a crucial role in promoting the creation of a more just and equitable society
