A comprehensive approach serves as a key strategy in introducing gender equality values from an early age, particularly between boys and girls. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of such an approach in fostering equal understanding and attitudes within early childhood education settings. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using observation, interviews, and document analysis across several early childhood institutions that have adopted this approach. The findings indicate that a holistic method-addressing cognitive, emotional, and psychomotor aspects simultaneously-effectively shapes children's thinking to be more open to equal social roles. Moreover, the active involvement of teachers, parents, and gender-sensitive learning materials enhances children's awareness of the importance of equality. The discussion highlights the necessity of cross-sector collaboration and the development of inclusive curricula. The study concludes that a holistic approach is an effective means of instilling gender equality values from an early age and can serve as a foundation for nurturing fair and inclusive character development in children
