Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of trainees in developing human resources competencies in the Province of Lampung. Through the study of libraries and methods of discrete analysis, this study analyses various programmes and activities carried out by the trainer to improve the quality of human resources. The results of the research showed that the trainers in Lampung have a significant role in developing the religious, social, and technical skills of the centurions. However, there are still some challenges to be addressed to optimise the role of trainees in human resource development, such as the limitations of resources and supplies, and adaptation to the developments of the times
