The second step that must be taken to develop emotional intelligence in children is to teach them how to recognize feelings, especially by developing their language skills so they can express the emotions they experience.  One of the efforts made by teachers to develop students' emotions is "emotional training" through Social Life Skills, this ability includes the ability to regulate their own emotional states.
